Register MED Room Booking Account

Remarks:

1. The MED Room Booking System is designed to provide fair and equitable access to the Faculty’s teaching and meeting venues for academic, strategic and administrative purposes.
2. MED staff members can apply for a room booking account through the system.
3. All room booking-related information, such as Booking Policy, Charging Scales, presentation PPTs and Zoom recordings of relevant workshops etc., is available under the “Policy and Charging Scales” section in the system for registered users’ reference.
